Every item in our store is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because we create each product on demand, production and shipping times are a little different than those of traditional retailers.

Order Processing

During our launch phase, orders are typically processed and produced within 5-10 business days before shipping.

Production times may increase during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are generally:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment from our production partner to your doorstep.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive separately.

Because different products are produced by different fulfillment partners, it's normal for items to ship independently.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order arrives in multiple packages.

Occasionally, weather, holidays, or carrier issues may delay delivery.

While these circumstances are outside of our control, we'll gladly help you track your order and work with our fulfillment partner whenever possible.
